The importance of skin care cannot be underestimated. Did you know, for example, that the skin is the largest organ of the human body? Mostly we take our skin very much for granted and don't spend much time thinking about the skin’s functions and their importance, until some problem occurs or we injure ourselves.The following article provides some insight into why good skin care is important and suggests a simple skin care regime anyone can follow to help your skin perform at its best. In addition, it discusses some lifestyle factors which will improve your skin if followed. It's not rocket science, really it is just common sense.
HERE ARE SOME IMPORTANT TIPS FREE FOR YOU
1.Precious drops of olive or almond oil added to your bath water enhances a creamy, shiny and smooth skin.
2.To prepare a rich oil bath, blend together a quarter cup of olive oil, one tablespoon shampoo, one cup vegetable oil and one tablespoon lemon juice. Use one or two tablespoons for your bath.
3.Add 5 tablespoons of milk powder to bath water, to nourish and soften the skin.
4.Throw a couple of lemon peels into the bath for that tangy refreshing feeling.
5.A tablespoon of honey add more moisture to your bath, and leaves your skin dewy and fresh.
6.Tie oatmeal in a muslin bag, and place it in a bucket of water for 5 minutes. While bathing, massage your skin gently with it. You will feel a sense of being well scrubbed.
7.Add a handful of salt to your tub, and soak in it for 10 minutes. You will feel rejuvenated.
8.Mix two teaspoon each of gram flour and curd with two pinches of turmeric powder. Apply on the body, rub well and bathe in warm water.
9.Mix together 4 teaspoon of barley powder, 3 teaspoons of turmeric and coconut or mustard or gingelly oil to make a paste. This can be used on the body, and for the face dilute it with raw milk.
10.To prepare orange skin cream for natural glow and softness of skin, dry orange peels and powder. Before bathing make a paste of 2 spoons of it with raw milk, and massage on body before bathing in warm water.
11.Mix mustard seed paste in raw milk. Apply on the body and rub well. As it starts drying and falling off from the body, bathe in warm water. This cream helps to remove wrinkles and fissures on your skin.
12.Mix together 2 teaspoons each of almond paste and chironji paste with a little milk. Applying this cream on the body make the skin soft, glowing and beautiful.
13.Lemon cream makes your skin glow and also improves your complexion. For this mix together the juice of lemon, one and half teaspoons of gram flour, two pinches of turmeric powder, a little coconut oil and cream.
14.Mix a teaspoon of lemon juice and half a teaspoon of honey with a few drops of milk. This lotion has mild bleaching effect on a greasy skin.
15.Rub the peel of oranges or lemons all over body, and bathe to get soft, extra-smooth skin
